<br /> <br />c <br />BY: <br />~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72-.~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NORTHEAST OHIO <br />AREAWIDE COORDINATING AGENCY (NOACA ) <br />AND THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AUTHORIZING <br />CONTINUATION OF PAF~TICIPATION BY NORTH <br />OLMSTED IN THE NOACA PROGRAM FOR THE <br />SEVEN-COUNTY REGION, AND D£CLARiNG AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the City of North Olmsted ,State cif <br />Ohio : <br />Section 1. The City of North Olmsted be and ft is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into an Agreement hereinafter provided and marked " ~chibit A ". <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted, for the reason that comprehensive planning <br />and project review for the Seven-County Area is a necessary attribute of proper <br />municipal function. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor, otherwise, from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~_~/ ~ 7%~--~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
