<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~ <br />BY• i~~. ~~ r ._. <br />f <br />-s17~7 z. <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SUBLOT <br />NO. 28 IN THE ENGOGLIA SUBDIVLSION AND LOCATED <br />ON ANGELA DRIVE' IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />OHIO, DECLARING SAID PROPERTY SURPLUS REAL <br />ESTATE NOT NEEDED FOR ANY MUNICIPAL PURPOSE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted ,State of <br />Ohio, two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected thereto concurring. <br />Section 1. That the following described real estate belonging to the City <br />of North Olmsted is not needed for any municipal purposes , to-wit <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of <br />Ohio :and known as being Sublot No. 28 in The Engoglia Subdivision of <br />part of Original Township Lot No. 16, Tract No. 6, as shown by the re- <br />corded plat in Volume 182 of Maps, Page 53 of Cuyahoga County Records <br />and being 77.50 feet front on the northerly side of Angela Drive and ex- <br />tending back of equal width 140 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Section 2. That the Service Director be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise said real estate for sale for a period of five (5) consecutive weeks in <br />a local newspaper, and on or after said five (5) week period, shall sell said real <br />es~te to the highest bidder. The Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is hereby <br />authorized to convey said real estate by "Special Warranty Deed " to the highest <br />bidder over,9~'G~~oo.oe, therefore, according to law. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate p~servation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the funds realized from <br />the sale of this real estate are necessary to pay improvements installed in The <br />Engoglia Subdivision by private contractors . WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:=, , /~7Z--- <br />ATTEST: <br />f <br />Nora T.
