<br />e~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71- ~~~p <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF <br />SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 7, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sandy Ridge Subdiv~.~ion No. 7 is a development platted outside <br />of the municipal boundaries of the City of North Olmsted except for a small area <br />of land which is within the City of North Olmsted but which does not contain any <br />streets ;and <br />WHEREAS, in order to record same the City of North Olmsted must acknowledge <br />the acceptance of the plat and now wishes to do so. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'~ RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. The City of North Olmsted hereby accepts the plat upon being <br />advised by the City Engf~neer that the Planning Commission has previously approved <br />said plat and that said plat meet the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted . <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within <br />plat so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: /~-.L/- ~'~ <br />ATTEST: <br />/ • <br />Nora T.
