<br />BY• v~~ f <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71- /~~ <br />..-- -. <br />rY. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTH~AIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF FINANCE TO REFUND A $23.75 SEWER <br />RENTAL CHARGE TO MR. DONALD DOLSAK, <br />4554 Carsten Lane, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />WFEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has been advised that the water <br />sub-meter serving the premises known as 4554 Carsten Lane, North Olmsted, has <br />been inoperative ;and <br />WHEREAS, said property owner, Donald Dolsak, paid the sewer rental charge <br />to the City of Cleveland, which has been subsequently been returned to the City of <br />North Olmsted ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has advised Council that the <br />Moral Claim of Mr. Donald Dolsak in the amount of $23.75 should be returned to <br />Mr. Dolsak due to the incorrect and inoperable condition of the sub-water meter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsia®d, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to return to Mr. <br />Donald Dolaak, 4554 Carsten Lane, North Olmsted, Ohio, the sum of $23.75 sewer <br />rental charge, which resulted from an inoperable water sub-meter. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby requested to forward a copy <br />of this Resolution to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 3.
