~Yu~ -h.. .: CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 71 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 69-216, ENACTED DECEMBER 17, 1969, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67-245, EN- ACTED OCTOBER 17, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 67-144, ENACTED JUNE 20, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 63-158, ENACTED JULY 16, 1963, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 65- 212, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1965, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON AND AFTER MARCH 1, 1971.", AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council having been advised by the Transportation Committee that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line should be adjusted; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best interests of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain fare rate adjustments be made for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line as recommended by the Transportation Committee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 69-216, enacted December 12, 1969 presently reading as follows: ZONE A (North Olmsted) - County Line to North Olmsted Park ADULTS.
