a... <br />`fir;' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71- ~~ <br />BY: ~ ~, <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />NEGOTIATE FOR THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS <br />THE " SEALTEST PROPERTY ". <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of Council has been advised that the <br />property known as the "Sealtest Property " is for sale ;and <br />WHEREAS, the location of the property is necessary and ideal for the <br />expansion of municipal operations ;and <br />WHEREAS, the growth of the City of North Olmsted requires additional <br />facilities for municipal operations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorised to enter into <br />negotiations end to purchase the real prop~y known as the "Sealtest Property " <br />located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Lomin and Dover Roads, <br />providing the purchase price is not above.$$~05,000.00. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance hereby repeals Ordinance No. 70-117, <br />effectived July 7 , 19 70 . <br />Section:s3.
