<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />~ I / ORDINANCE NO. 71- .Z ~ <br />BY: ~i~W ~.~/ri~.~-- <br />A N ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />WOODVIEW DRIVE, BEGINNING AT THE CENTER- <br />LINE INTERSECTION OF SHARON DRIVE AND WOOD- <br />VIEW DRIVE, TREE LANE, BEGINNING AT THE CENTER- <br />LINE INTERSECTION OF WOODVIEW DRIVE AND TREE <br />LANE, IN WOODVIEW SUBDIVISION NO. I. <br />WHEREAS, the City Ena~ineer has reported to the Council that all of the <br />improvements shown on the improvement plans of Woodview Subdivision No. I, <br />previously approved by this Council, have been completed in::accordance with the <br />plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />Woodview Drive, Beginning at the centerline intersection of Sharon <br />Drive and Woodview Drive ;thence due South a distance of 272.32 feet ;thence <br />around a curve, deflecting to the left, whose radius is 69.94 feet and whose arc <br />distance is 109.02 feet ;thence North 89° 56' 54" East a distance of 498.36 feet <br />to a point on the easterly boundary of Woodview Subdivision No. I. <br />Tree Lane. Beginning at the centerline intersection of Woodview Drive <br />and Tree Lane ;thence South 0° 03' 06" Esst a distance of 161.82 feet to a point on <br />the southerly boundary of Woodview Subdivision No. I. <br />Section 2.
