` _~ <br />.aa <br />BY: <br />C~.'Y OP NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 71- ~~ <br />~~ <br />:.. ~-, <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />HAMPTON DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY, FROM THE <br />CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF TUDOR DRIVE <br />AND HAMPTON DRIVE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Gouncil that all of the <br />improvements shown on the improvement plans of Hampton Drive Right-of-Way, <br />previously approved}~y this Council , have been completed in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication <br />HamAton~iv~g R,~„d„h,~-off,-Way. A strip of land 60.01 feet wide whose <br />centerline beginning point is located South Old" 22' '-4" East a distm~nce <br />of 181.62 feet from the centerline intersection of Tudor Drive and <br />Hampton : Drive ;thence South 01 ° 22' S4" East a distance of 21.00 <br />feet. <br />Section 2.
