CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 71- BY• ~~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 69-216, ENACTED DECEMBER 17, 1969,AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 67-~2~43, EN- ACTED OCTOBER i7, 1967, AMENDING ORDIINCE NO. 67-144, ENACTED JUNE ~0, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 63-158, ENACTED JULY I6, 1963, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO; 65- 212, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7,1965, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TRANSPQRTATION SERVICE ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON AND AFTER MARCH 1, 1971. " WHEREAS, Council having been advised by the Transpps~tion Cammittee that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus line should be adjusted ;and WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best interests of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain fare re~djustrnents be made for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line as recommended by the Transportation Committee. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Narth Olmsted, Sate of Ohio Section 1.
