CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO PURCHASE OR ACCEPT EASEMENTS IN <br />OR TITLES TO REAL PROPERTY FOR THE <br />NORTH OLMSTED SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of theCity of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized <br />to purchase or accept, on behalf of the City, easements or any other interest in <br />real property for use by the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer System. <br />Section 2.
