<br />av: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- / ~ 7 <br />AN ODINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />COTTONWOOD TRAIL FROM THE CENTER LINE <br />OF DOVER CENTER ROAD, 1, 577.4 FEET WEST <br />TO THE CENTER LINE INTERSECTION WITH <br />DOGWOOD TRAIL ; DOGWOOD TRAIL 46.8 <br />FEET SOUTH AND 193.2 FEET NORTH OF THE <br />CENTER LINE INTERSECTION POINT OF COTTON- <br />WOOD TRAIL AND DC~WOOD TRAIL, IN THE <br />COTTONWOOD TRAIL SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all of <br />the improvments shown on the improvement plans of Cottonwood Traii Subdivision , <br />previously approved by this Council, have been completed in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />Ncrth Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication Cotton- <br />wood Trail from the center line of Dover Center Road, 1, 577.4 feet east to the center <br />line intersection with Dogwood Trail ;Dogwood Trail 46.8 feet south and 193.2 feet <br />north of the center line intersection point of Cottonwood Trail and Dogwood Trail in <br />the Cottonwood Trail Subdivision. <br />Section 2.
