~,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-/7~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE KEMPER SUBDIVISION <br />,~ .,~: <br />~.:, <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Kemper Subdivision has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision sold off fifty (50) foot of the .rear lot on <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-6-1, recorded in the names of Roy H. and B.A. Kemper ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineers as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of the Kemper Subdivision, and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for <br />recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~~~,~Zo <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Nora T.
