~, f , <br />. , ~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- /~a <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING A 1955 OSGOOD, <br />MODEL 200, BACKHOE AS SURPLUS PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE SERVICE <br />DIRECTOR TO DISPOSE OF SAME, AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised that a 1955 Osgood, Model 200, <br />Backhoe is no longer needed for City purposes, and further that the cost of re- <br />pairing said Backhoe is uneconomical to the City of North Olmsted ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to authorize the Service Director to <br />dispose of said Backhoe at the best price obtainable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted hereby declares <br />that the 1955 Osgood, Model 200, Backhoe is surplus personal property and authorizes <br />the Service Director to dispose of same at the best price obtainable. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health, and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the best price obtainable must be <br />obtained before December 1, 1970.
