<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- /~.Z.. <br />BY /~ L..,,~- <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO SIGN AQUIT-CLAIM DEED RELEASING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT NOT NEEDED <br />FOR CITY PURPOSES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to Council that a portion <br />of an easement previously granted to the City by Thomas Kelly and Helen <br />Kelly is not needed for municipal purposes ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to return the portion of the easement <br />previously granted to the grantors, Thomas Kelly and Helen Kelly. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized <br />to sign aQuit-Claim Deed on behalf of the Ctiy of North Olmsted returning a <br />portion of an easement not needed for municipal purposes to the rightful owners, <br />Thomas Kelly and Helen Kelly, said easement having been granted on Permanent <br />Parcel No. 234-9-12. <br />Section 2.
