<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANGE N0. ~O -~.Z~ <br />B Y ,c.~.~,,,~_ <br />A ORDINANCE AUTFIORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.233 6 g&10 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR WATER LINE CONSTRUCTION <br />,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Construction of a water line <br />WHEREAS, William ~ Ruth Burzloff of Bradley Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 662.34 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 19 70through lg 76, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 233-6-9 ~ 10 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 through 19 inclusive <br />assessments in full for, water line construction <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1970 through 1876 inclusive, artwunting to <br />$ 662.34 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No.233-6-910 for water line construction. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />s <br />~ ~y ~ ~ ~. <br />Francis J.
