``mended: <br />December 10, 1970 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70-128 <br />BY: WEST <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP <br />ADOPTED AS FART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 <br />( KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE <br />DESIQNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND <br />FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON <br />AS GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND <br />B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO <br />Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted <br />as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North <br />Olmsted) be amended by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Olmsted Township Lot <br />No. 11, Tract No. 6, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide) at the mast <br />Southerly comer of land conveyed to Reuben W. Elliott by deed dated <br />June 10, 1939, and recorded in Volume 4968, Page 116, of Cuyahoga <br />County Records ;thence South 56° 51' West along said center 11ne of <br />Lorain Road, 140 feet to the most Easterly corner of a parcel ofaand <br />conveyed to Francie W. Harrison and Laura S.
