``mended: December 10, 1970 CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 70-128 BY: WEST AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS FART OF ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 ( KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIQNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND B RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MIXED USE DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That the Official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 11, Tract No. 6, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide) at the mast Southerly comer of land conveyed to Reuben W. Elliott by deed dated June 10, 1939, and recorded in Volume 4968, Page 116, of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence South 56° 51' West along said center 11ne of Lorain Road, 140 feet to the most Easterly corner of a parcel ofaand conveyed to Francie W. Harrison and Laura S. Harrison by deed dated June 29, 1950, and recorded in Volume 7038, Page 552, of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence North 33° 09' West along the Northeasterly line of said parcel so conveyed 340 feet to the most Northerly corner thereof ;thence South 56° 51' West along the North-- westerly line of said parcel so conveyed and along the Southeasterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Embassy Development Company by deed dated November 3rd, 1969, and recorded in Volume 12572, Page 783 , of Cuyahoga County Records 161.5 8 feet to the ~ most Southerly cotaer of said parcel so conveyed to Embassy Development Company ;thence Northwesterly along the Southwesterly line of said parcel ®o conveyed 223.61 feet to an interior corner thereaf; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said parcel so conveyed 160.55 feet to the Easterly line of S.H.
