<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- / <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHQtIZING PAYMENT TO <br />HADDAD BROS. , INC. , FOR WORK PER- <br />FORMED IN THE ENGOGLIA SUBDTVISION. <br />t ,d <br />WHEREAS, the Engoglia Subdivision was developed under the platting <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, which ordinances requires streets, <br />sidewalks and the planting of tree by the developer in order for the City to <br />accept the Subdivision as completed ;and <br />WHEREAS, the developer of the Engoglia Subdivision refuses to complete <br />the work in the Subdivision to the detriment of people who live within the Sub- <br />division; and <br />WHEREAS, Haddad Bros. Inc. , were employed to complete certain work <br />in the Subdivision in order to have the Subdivision conform to the ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted; and <br />WHEREAS, Haddad Bros. Inc. , now looks to the City of North Olmsted <br />for payment for services rendered due to the fact that the developer did not <br />complete the necessary improvements according to the ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Cfty of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to make payment to <br />Haddad Bros. Inc. , for the work performed in the Engoglia Subdivision. <br />Section 2. That Resolution 70-101, effective June 2, 1970, is hereby <br />repealed with the effective date of this Resolution. <br />Section 3.
