<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70- ~ / O <br />BY ~_GL~~ . <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JOHN E. KICZEK ON THE <br />ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD <br />WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the Eagle <br />Scout Award was presented to John E. Kiczek of 5730 Columbia <br />Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, on June 19, 1970 at an Eagle Scout <br />Court of Honor held at the Community Cabin in North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS, said John Kiczek has attained the rank of <br />Tenderfoot in November, 1964, Second Class in March, 1965, <br />First Class in October, 1965, Star in May, 1966, Life in <br />February, 1967, and now Eagle with Troop 332, and <br />WHEREAS, said John Kiczek received the Ad Altari Die <br />Award in 1967, and is a member of St. Richard Church, and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by <br />this deserving and outstanding youth is a noteworthy accomplish- <br />ment, deserving of the accolade of the entire community, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council extends its heartiest <br />congratulations and best wishes to John Kiczek and to his <br />parents. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and she is <br />hereby requested to transmit a copy of this Resolution to <br />John E. Kiczek. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force according to Article IV, Section 1Z of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: 7i ~ l 7 ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
