w <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- /O ~ <br />BY ~~ C~ e./fc~~'" <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE WILMER DANIELSON' S <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Wilmer Danielson's Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council ;and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains one (1) sublot to be divided into <br />three (3) sublots ;and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with fhe Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />IY~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the Wilmer Danielson's Subdivision, and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that said subdivision meets the requirements of <br />the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said <br />plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2.
