~Yt4 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70-86 <br />BY Mr. Speedling <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE MONTE SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Monte Subdivision has heretofore been filed <br />with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains one (1) sublot to be divided into <br />two (2) sublots, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the pint of the Monte Subdivision, and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for <br />recarding purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be necessary <br />for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare of the <br />City by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within improve- <br />ment plans so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rap- <br />idly as possible. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period al- <br />lowed by law. <br />PASSED: May 6, 1970 <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
