~:a~. <br />A" <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 70-54 <br />BY Mr. Speedling <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OLMSTED TOWERS <br />DEVELOPMENT IN THE "MIXED USE" DISTRICT OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the developer of Olmsted Towers Development have presented <br />a plan to develop 10.02 acres of land located in the "Mixed Use" District of <br />the City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1202.04 (toning Code of North Olmsted) of the <br />"Mixed Use " District permits the building of Hi-Rise structures in the "Mixed <br />Use" District, and <br />WHEREAS, Olmsted Towers Developers presented their plans to construct <br />a Class A Hi-Rise Residential unit in the "Mixed Use" District and further in <br />accordance with Section 1204.01 (Zoning Code of North Olmsted), and said <br />development has been approved by the Planning Commission of the City of North <br />Olmsted, and referred to the proper Committee of Council, and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to go on record as approving the develop- <br />ment plans of the Olmsted Towers Development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Council having been advised by the Planning Co~aission <br />of the City of North Olmsted, the Engineering Department of the City of Narth <br />Olmsted, and the Building Department of the City of North Olmsted that the <br />development plans for Olmsted Towers Development meets the requirements of the <br />resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted hereby approve the plans <br />for development in the "Mixed Use" District of Olmsted Towers Development. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be necessary <br />for the preservation of the pub lie peace, safety, health and welfare of tl~e City <br />by virtue of the mediate necessity of approving the within improvement glans <br />so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />L~ <br />PASSED: ~ ~~ /~~d <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
