SAS, this Council on February 3, 1970, Passed Ordinance No. 70-~2 levying assess~tsents in the amount of $9,191.83 for the coastrnetion of sicl,ewa3~ks3 on the easterly side of Dover Center. Road between Lorain Road and Butternut Ridge Road; and W~IERf~iS, the Engineer of this City has advised this Council that the list of final assessments heretofore approved contained a clerical error in that Permaurunt Parcel No. 235-1-82 was assessed X232.83 instead of the correct figure of $].89.37 as shown in the corrected list of final assessments; MOW, TFORE, BE IT O~AIMEO by the Council of the City of Morth Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.; Section 1. That Sectioa~ 1 of Ordinance Pic. 70-~2, passed February 3, 1970, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That the revised assessment of the cost and ex- pense of improving Dover Center Road by constructing a concrete sidewalk on the easterly side of said street between Lorain Road and Butternut Ridge Road, amounting in the aggregate to $9,11+8.37, as reported to this Council on the 15th clay of December, 1969, and revised on February l2, 1970, by the Engineer of this City cad now on file in ..the office of the Clark of Council, be and the sssune is hereby adopted and confir>ned and that there be and are hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and lauds bounding and abutting upon both sides of Dover Center Road between the aforesaid termini the several amo~umts reported as aforesaid, which assessments are not in excess of any statutory limitation." Section 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance Mo. 70-1-2, passed February 3, 1970, as it read prior to this amenctnent, is hereby repealed. Section 3. That the reduction of ~1+3.~6 in the assessments for the Raver Center Road sidewalk itiapramement shall be assumed by the City and added to its share of the cost of said improvement. Section ~+. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to deliver a certified copy of this ordinance to the County Auditor within twenty days after its pa$sage. Section 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the imanediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
