~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- ~~ <br />ar x_ <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 63-155 <br />ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TRANS- <br />PORTATION ALLOWANCE FOR THE MAYOR AND THE <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, " <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted and the Director of <br />Public Service are furnished automobiles owned by the City of North Olmsted, <br />and therefore, the transportation allowance previously furnished them by virtue <br />of Ordinance No. 63-155 is no longer necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 63-155 is repealed in its entirety. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare <br />of the City by virtue of the fact that the Auditor of the State of Ohio insists that <br />this Ordinance be passed immediately in order to substantiate the audit of the <br />City of North Olmsted. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage, otheruvise, at the earliest period allowed <br />by law . <br />PASSED:.,~~~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
