C <br />;rte <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- ,;,~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $400.00 FOR THE <br />BUS DRIVERS SAFETY AWARD DINNER TO BE HELD <br />IN FEBRUARY, 1970, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to Council that <br />$400.00 be appropriated to pay for the Bus Drivers Safety Award Dinner to be <br />held in February, 1970 ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that it would be to the best interest <br />of the City of North Olmsted that $400.00 be appropriated to pay for the Bus <br />Drivers Safety Award Dinner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That there be appropriated from the .Bus Fund the sum of <br />$400.00 to cover the costs of providing for the Bus Drivers Safety Award Dinner <br />to be held in February, 1970. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be instructed to send to the <br />Finance Director a copy of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the Bus Drivers Safety <br />Award Dinner is next month and the money must be appropriated immediately, <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: wore ~.~.- <br />ATTEST <br />Nora T.
