t <br />~~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70- ~i <br />arm <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH <br />THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK OF THE FURNISHING <br />OF BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF <br />THE CITY flF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, AT THE TIMES <br />AND FOR THE RATES SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, be and <br />he is hereby authorised and directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, providing for <br />transportation and bus service to be furnished to the residents of the City of Fair- <br />view Park by the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line in accordance with the terms <br />and conditions as set forth in said agreement, which agreement is attached hereto <br />and marked Exhibit " A ", and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten at length <br />herein. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and welfare by virtue of <br />the fact that it is immediately necessary to provide for the aforesaid agreement <br />because there is no written agreement presently existing between the two cities. <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />FASSED• rJ,4 <br />ATTEST: <br />,,~/ <br />Nora T.
