<br />BY <br />nay, <br />,, ^^ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~'O~-~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING At0 GiREGTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL AS5~SSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BE1NG AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCfif41i OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, ANO DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the finance Uirectot <br />of the city of North Amsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />235-13-86 Mr. ~ Mrs. Siloy <br />235-13-87 Mr. f, Mrs. Si1oy <br />237-19-20 Eleanor Klarreich <br />234-22-119 Mr. ~ Mrs. Diederich <br />23.5-9-15 Mr. ~ Mrs. Schauer <br />235.13-95 R. & J. Thet the ;,udttor of Cuyahoga ounty be and he is hereby <br />authorized ~,nd directed to cancel for the years 19W 0 through 198 6~ inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the t:irector of Finance of the t.ity of North Olmsted <br />lilt hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />on said parcels. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Counetl is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Urdiance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the i,ity of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtues of the <br />necessity of canceliin9 the special assessrt+ents on certain permanent parcels for <br />the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5. wherefore, this Ordinance shall taks effect tmmsdiatsly <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period ailowad by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ° ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of Council <br />Nflra T.
