~r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70- <br />BY <br />. ;aa <br />_~, <br />A `RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE ARTHUR A. ALLY'S SUBDIVISION NO. 2, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the pmt of the Arthur A. Ally's Subdivision No. 2 has here- <br />tofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred <br />to Council ,and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains one (1) sublot to be divided into <br />two (2) sublots, and no streets, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of the Arthur A. Ally's Subdivision No. 2 ,and <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said <br />plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by viture of the immediate necessity of approving the within <br />improvement plans so that the orderly development of the City may proceed as <br />rapi~y as possible.
