c <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73- ~~~ <br />er:~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />BENWOOD CIRCLE (751 lineal feet) IN THE <br />BLOSSOM DOVER SUBDIVISION NO. l: . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all of the <br />improvements shown on the improvement plans of Benwood Circle, previously <br />approved by this Council ,have been completed in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication Blossom <br />Dover Subdivision No. 1 whose street is as follows : Benwood Circle from the <br />West right-of-way line of Dover Center Road westward to the center of the cul- <br />de-sac a distance of 751 lineal feet. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article I V, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: "~L~,z,c--- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
