C <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73- ,~r/f <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE Di RECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR OFFICE <br />EQUIPMENT AND OTHER FURNITURE FOR THE 1~ W <br />POLICE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, AND AUTHCRIZING <br />THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />WHEI~AS, the Finance Committee of Council has recommended the purchase <br />of office equipment and other furniture for the Police Administration Building ;and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the City is in need of the office <br />equipment and other furniture for the Police Administration Building. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Director of Publid Safety is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for office equipment and furniture necessary to equip the Police <br />Administration Building ,according to specifications now on file in his office, and <br />thatupon approval by the Board of Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract to execute same and to do everything necessary, on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted, to secure said office equipment and furniture. <br />Section 2.
