C4l.t'~rTE13,..... -~...,..-__- <br />~'y. .: <br />BY___~%~,,,~,.., ....... _ <br />AN ORO I id~NC t h'- zi:~R # Z I Nr+ ANII D IRi~Ci'tNG TH is CANCELLAT 10AJ OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSP1~dTS ON PE1tP~MNE1~ PCEL F1EI. 234-13-1 <br />BEING AN ASSI::=SAtENT FOR WATER LINE CONSTRUCTION <br />ANO DECLAR 1 NG AN EA4~GF_NCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Rio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a water line. <br />`~{EREAS ~ the owner of 8811 Barton Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 688.24 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />far the tax years 1973 through i~;76 inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 234-13-1 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, EIE IT ORDAIN€D by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />a~,~~~!~nrized and directed to cancel for the years 1973 through 1,76 , inclusive <br />as;~asments in full for, water line construction. <br />Section 2.
