C <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73- <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE SAUTER RE-SUB- <br />DTVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sauter Re-Subdivision has heretofore been filed <br />with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council ;and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains three (3) sublots on Guildford Avenue, <br />which slots are to be re-subdivided into three (3) sublots to face on Broxbourne <br />Road ;and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the (~fty of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY theCouncil of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Pl+~nning Commiss#~n of the plat of the Sauter Re-Subdivision,;. having been ad- <br />vised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resoi~i.ons and <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording <br />purposes only. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the Cfty <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~,~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
