0 , <br />BY - <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-264- <br />0 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE KROGER CO., <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAT FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY, A1VD DECLARIIVG AN EMERGENCY. <br />• WHEREAS, the plat of The Kroger Co. , Development Plat has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Development conatins two ( 2) parcels, and no streets ; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance fio the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of The City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of The Kroger Co. , and having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for th preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virture of the fact that the development of the City of North <br />Olmsted may proceed in anorderly manner as rapidly as possible.
