CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. ?9`' 143 <br />BY ?}-?, ?' ?' <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD TO HF'.bAH OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE I +IPROVEMENT <br />OF SOUfiHERN AVENUE, DECKER ROAD AND MIDVALE AVENUE <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO., BY GRADING, <br />DRAINING, CURBTNG, PAVING, CONSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS, <br />AND INSTALLING SANITARY SEWERy STORM SEWER AND WA`I'ER <br />CURB CONNECTIONS WHERE NEGESSARY, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio: <br />Section l: That -H o ? <br />/n N fe, and c' 1 ?"_ - - S <br />three disinterested freeholders of said City be and they are hereby appointed <br />to act as an Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely <br />written objections to the esti.mated assessments heretofore reported to this <br />Council of the cost of improving Southern Avenue from a point 140 feet west <br />of the westerly line of Decker Road easterly to Burns Road, Decker Road from <br />Southern Avenue to Midvale Avenue, and Midvale Avenue from Decker Road to <br />Burns Road by grading, draining, curbing, paving, constructing sidewalks, and <br />installing sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water curb connections where <br />necessary, and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance <br />with law and with Resolution No. 68-137 adopted August 13, 1968. <br />Section 2: The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the <br />Council Chamber in the City Hall on the jq fi h day of (? c_ -f-e ,, /) 1968, at <br />o'cl.ock m. and upon the completion of such e ualization shall <br />report such equali ed assessment to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />masure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the im¢nediate <br />construction of said improvement is necessary to eliminate existing hazards <br />to pedestrian and vehicular traffic; wherefore, this resolution shall be in <br />full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PASSm : C A6 e, <br />A'ITEST : ?rt,C2.? ? ??
