CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY ?? (?A g-k <br />,¢?J <br />/ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- J3? <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SANDY RIDGE <br />SUBDIVISION IVO. 4 FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4 has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Coun cil ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains eighty-six ( 86 ) sublots, Block A, <br />Block B and three ( 3) streets, to - wit: Blossom Boulevard , Park wood Boulevard, <br />and Pine Circle; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 4 and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for <br />record purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation fo the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the development of the City <br />proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible.
