CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- IQ) <br />? <br />BY ? . <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING FOR RECORD <br />PURPOSES ONLY FISCHER-RATVASKY SUB- <br />DIVISION, AND DECLARIIVG AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Fischer-Ratvasky has heretofore been filed <br />with°: the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains three ( 3) sublots ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />N'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of Fischer-Ratvasky, and having been <br />advise by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the C ity of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for <br />record purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the development of the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in anorderly manner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />Fran s J.O'Neill, Preside t.ak-GeuRei„1.. <br />APPROVED: GIq Ito i <br />4"E&Lfu4W <br />Ralph E Christman, Mayor <br />l? g
