M <br />1 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO.,6 OV- /.?' <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AND SETTING FORTH THE <br />COMPENSATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES THEREOF, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, C ouncil wished to establish an Organizational Chart <br />setting forth the number of employees within the Engineering Department of the <br />City of North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wished to set forth the remuneration of all <br />employees in the engineering department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAZNED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. Thet the complement of the North Olmsted Engineering <br />Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows: <br />City Engineer <br />Assistant Engineer <br />Party Chief <br />Chief Inspector <br />Inspector <br />Draftsmen <br />Engineering Aids (2) <br />Secretary <br />Clerk <br />Consultants <br />Section 2. That retroactive to January 1, 1968, the remuneration of <br />employees in the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be as <br />follows: <br />City Engineer $12, 000 . 00 to $13, 500. 00 Annually <br />Assistant Engineer $ 4.35 to $ 5.00 per hour <br />Party Chief $ 3.60 to $ 4. 00 per hour <br />Chief Inslpctor $ 3.75 to $ 4.00 per hour <br />Ins pectors $ 3.50 to $ 3. 75 per hour <br />Draftsmen $ 3.25 to $ 3. 60 per hour <br />SngiWwtt;ng Aids $ 2.75 to $ 3.50 per hour <br />Secretary $4, 000 . 00 to $4, 800. 00 Annually <br />Clerk $3, 000. 00 to $3, 800. 00 Annually <br />Section 3. That all full-time employees of the Engineering Department <br />shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Years Day; Memorial Day; <br />Independ8nce Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, unless requested <br />to work by the Director of Public Service in emergencies.
