SR-252 DATE OF ENACTMENT -YEA4A zti <br />City <br />An emergency ordinance enacted by the YXIaJo of North Olmsted <br />CuvahOga County, Ohio, in the matter of the hereinafter described improvement, <br />under the supervision of the Director of Highways. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Highways is considering improving a portion of the public highway <br />Which is describPd as follows: the improvement oi' SR-252, seetion 3.45, whieh lies <br />within the corporate lirriits of the City of North Olmsted and known locally <br />as Colurnbia Road by rernoving distressed surface course as directed, replacing <br />with 403 asphalt concrete leveling course, correcting low areas with 403 <br />aspha.lt concrete intermediate course and resuriacing length and width with <br />404 asphalt concrete surface course 1 inch thick; place 617 berm ma.terial <br />and adjust sewer and utility castings to grade. Length of project: 11,299.2 <br />linear feet or 2.14 miles; width: 22 fee-t. <br />City <br />NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of theAMM"of NORTH OLMSTED <br />Ohio: <br />SECTION 1 (Consent) <br />City <br />That it is declared to be in the public interest that the consent of said XjdjDgOe and such <br />consent is hereby given to the Director of Highways to construct the above described improvement, in <br />accordance with plans, specifications ond estimates as approved by the Director. <br />SECTION II (Gooperation) <br />City <br />That said %GWA hereby proposes to cooperate with the State of Ohio, in the cost of the above <br />described improvement as follows: by contributing the lump sum of $6,565.00, which <br />includes 20% of the esti.mated cost of the impravement and 100°fo of the <br />cost of adjusting municipally owned utility castings to grade, conforming <br />with the completed project. <br />SECTION III (Authority to Sign) <br />City <br />That the MAYOR of said kAIMEJK is hereby authorized to enter <br />(Contractual Officer's Title) <br />into maintenance and parking agreements and special contractual obligations. <br />Page 1 of 3
