.. ?._ , CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68-3/ BY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 ( KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS C RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-t33 ( known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted ) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 9, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Columbia Road, 60 feet wide distant North 12°-55' -00" West 0.37 feet from an iron pin in a monu- ment box, said monument being distant South 12°-55'-00" East 2030.38 feet from an iron pin in the monument box at the intersection of the center line of Columbia Road with the center line of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide: Thence, North 89°-07'-00" East a distance of 1317.06 feet to a point; Thence, South 0°-22'-13" East a distance of 188.95 feet to a point; Thence, North 89°-08'-36" East a distance of 110.00 feet t fa point; Thence, South 0°-221-13" East a distance of 212.30 feet to a point; Thence, South 88°-57'-22" West a distance of 895.95 feet to a point; Thence, North 0°-51'-24" West a distance of 215.22 feet to a point; Thence, South 89 °-0 8' -3 6" We st a distance of 461.07 feet to a point in the center line of Columbia Road; Thence, North 20°-21'-20" West along the center line of Columbia Road a distance of 199.40 feet to an iron pin in a monument box; Thence, North 12°-55'-00" West along the center line of Columbia Road a distance of 0.37 feet to the place of beginning, containing 9.7563 acres of land excluding all the areas in the right-of-way of Columbia Road, according to a survey made by RaY Henry, Registered Surveyor No. 510 8. from its present designation thereon as C Residence District to Multiple District.
