CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68- (0r <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE TEMPORARY POSITIONS <br />OF ACTING DIRECTOR, AND TEMPORARY ASSOCIATE <br />DIRECTOR OF RECREATION FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS <br />FIXING COMPENSATION THEREFORE AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That there be and is hereby created the temporary <br />position of Acting Director and Associate Director of Recreation for a <br />period of 6 months. <br />That the salaries of the Temporary Acting Director of Recreation <br />is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of $1400. for the 6 month <br />period, payable bi-monthly. • <br />That the salaries of the Temporary Associate Director of Recreation <br />is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of $1200. , for the 6 month <br />period, payable bi-monthly. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the pubtic peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virture of the need to provide for addtional Recreation. ?. <br />Department personnel since the Recreation Commission has determined that <br />the 1968 Recreatioaal Program shall go into effect immediately.
