CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68- 64 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />LAW TO APPEAL THE DECISIOIV OF THE BOARD <br />OF TAX APPEALS,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />VITHEREAS, the Board of Tax Appeals of the State of Ohio, has <br />reduced the allocation the City of North Olmsted had been granted by <br />the iBudget Commission, of Cuyahoga County, and <br />WHEREAS, Council now determined that they wish to appeal the <br />decision of the Board of Appeals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLBED, by the Council of theCity <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohioi <br />Section l. That the Director of Law is hereby authorized and <br />directed to appeal the decision of the Board of Tax Appeals and to take <br />whatever steps he feels are necessary to perfect said appeal. <br />Section 2.
