x <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- ff <br />BY <br />? <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY RED COACH SUBDIVISION NO.1, AND REPEALING <br />66-119, AND DECLARING AN EMERGEIVCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Red Coach Subdivision No.I has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Cammission and by it aFproved and referred to <br />Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contafns four ( 4) sublots ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformanae to the Resolution.s and Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW TEWNFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the P1aRning Cammission of the plat of Red Caach Subdivision No. I, and <br />having been ddvised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of <br />the Resolutions and Ordinances of the Gity of Narth Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2. That Resolution 66-119 enacted May 4, 1966 is hereby <br />repealed with the effective date of this resolutfan. <br />Section 3. Whereby this Rbsolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the Ctty by virtue of the fact that the developenetitof the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in an orderly rnmuner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in farce immediately <br />upon fts"'passage, othervvise, at the earliest period allawed by law. <br />PASSED: 68' <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />?
