? <br />BY <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- ? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />NEGOTIATE WITH THE OWNERS OF THE REAL <br />ESTATE KNOWN AS PERMANENT PARCEL NO. <br />234-22-22, AND PERMAIVENT PARC£L NO. <br />234-22-23, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />\.= J <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is in need of additional <br />property for recreational areas, and <br />WHEREAS, Permanent Parcel No. 234-22-22 and Permanent Parcel <br />Na. 234-22-23, meet the requirement for recreatior:al areas, and <br />WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that the purchase of these <br />Permanent Parcels for recreational purpases would benefit the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsteel, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor , after having Permanent Parcel Nos. <br />234-22-22, and 234-22-23, appraised, is hereby authorized to enter into <br />negotiation with the owners of said real estate for the purchase of same. <br />Upon ar,riving at a purchase price, which is satisfactory to all, the Mayar <br />is asked to report back to this Council with the final sale prfce. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution fs declared to be an emergency meaaare <br />necessary for the pubiic peace, safety, health and welfare of the City. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, othennrise, at the earliest period allowed by baw. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />, <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council Francis J.
