I-Y jr fdC}R I N uLrI5TEJ <br />ORDiNANCE N0. 1j1,Q? <br />/ <br />AN ORDINANCE .AUTHORIZING ANU DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CER7AIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION UF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, aND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans ard specitications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, the fioilow7irg persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessrients an certain parcels as set forth below: <br />Perm. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments <br />on said parcets. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoya County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation ot the pubiic peace, health <br />and weifare Qf the City of North Ulmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of canceliing the speciai assessments on certain permanent parcels <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect irnmediately from <br />and aft°r its passage, otherwise, at the eariiest period allowed by law. <br />PAS S E D: C,??.LZ.IOd <br />A7" EST : <br />l?
