NG ?ND C7 I kkC"C 6 NG TW E CANC ELLATI ON <br />0F SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PEaMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-20-89 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR Sidewalks <br />,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, specsal assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Construction of sidewalks <br />WHEREAS, The Orlean Co. of 3574 Walter Rd. <br />have paid the sum of $113,96 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 1968 through 1969 , inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.231-20-89 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINLD by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditcar of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and derected to cancel for° the years 1968 through 1969 , inclusive <br />assessments in full for, Construction of Sidewalks. <br />Section 2: That the Director° of Finance af the Gity of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorozed and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period lg 68through lg 69 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 113•96 on said parcel. <br />Secteon 3: That the Clerk of Council es he?°eby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinarace to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4e Wherefare, this 0?°ddnance is hereby declar°ed to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservatlon of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North, Olmsted, and such emee°gency exists by virtue <br />of the necessoty of caracelling the specdal assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 231-20-89 , for Sidewalk Construction <br />Sectsocs 5; Wherefore, this Ordinarace shall take effect immediately <br />from and after ats passage, otherwise, at the earlsest pet°iod allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: <br />ATT EST: <br />!'(/ ' <br />Franqys J. 0'Nei 1 1, Pres' ent -e#-?et?? ? t <br />%°'.? %? . <br />.? <br />C 1 e r k of Co u nc i 1 APPROVED: 4&l12 <br />r <br />*tlls. <br />Ralph E Christman9 Mayor? ????? <br />?I a s T z j 1 /7 /? ?,. <br />(
