CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 69-139 <br />BY \? • bj <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY DIRECTOR <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR AN AMBULANCE, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED tay the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of_ Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Safety <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise"for bids for <br />an ambulance according to specifications now on file in <br />his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />public peace, health, safety and welfare by virtue of the <br />urgent necessity of the acquisition by the City of the <br />above ambulance for the protection of the health, safety <br />and welfare of the citizens of this City; WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />PASSED: IQ ('Q <br />ATTEST: <br />? - !
