<br />WHEREAS, the Design ? and Platting Committae bf Council have reported
<br />to Council that various chanqes have become necessary as a result of the in-
<br />creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of IVorth Olmsted ;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate in the Zoning Code the
<br />changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio :
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No, 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section
<br />1125.25, entitled " Dwelling - Multiple, " now reading as follows:
<br />1125.25 Dwellinq - MultiAle
<br />" A dwelling designed or occupied otherwise than as a one-
<br />family dwelling or a two-family dwelling and includ€ng apart-
<br />ment houses, row-houses, garden apaatments, and all other
<br />family dwellings of similar character, where apartmeaats or
<br />.: suites:Are designed for use as separate oomplete living units,
<br />but excluding hotels, motels or apartment -:hotels. "
<br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />1125.25 Dwellina - Mutiple
<br />A dwelling designed or occupied otherwise than as a one-
<br />family dwelling or a two-family dwelling and including apart-
<br />ment houses, garden apartments, and all other family dwellings
<br />of similar character, where apartments or suites are designed
<br />for use as separate complete living units, but excluding hotels,
<br />motels, or apartment hotels.
