CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 69-36 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE APPLICATION FOR A <br />LIQUOR PERMIT WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY JAMES VOIK, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.261 of the Ohio Revised Code <br />the North Olmsted Legislative Authority was notified of application No. <br />New 9302809-0010 for a C2 permit in the name of James Voik, 25730 Lorain Rd., <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; and <br />ti,THEREAS, Section 4303.261 of the Ohio Revised Code provides for <br />the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application for a <br />liquor permit within 30 days of the date of the notification of such appli- <br />cation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio <br />does hereby exercise its right to object to the issuance of a C2 permit ap- <br />plied for under application No. New 9302809-0010 by James Voik, 25730 Lorain <br />Rd., North Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to send by <br />certified mail: <br />1. Ttao certified copies of this Resolution of 0bjections; and <br />2. Tao signed statements in writing, listing the reasons for <br />the objections. <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date for a <br />member of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the Ohio Revised <br />Code provides for the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an <br />application.
