?. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 0-., 40 <br />BY <br /> <br />AN ORDlNAN:r' AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />231-4-134 Gallentine 3270 Clague Rd. $54.12 <br />234-23-4 Gavin 6579 Stearns Rd. 29.04 <br />236-16-8 Persing 5308 Columbia 40.26 <br />237-17-12 Root 4992 Grace 66.22 <br />237-17-22 Morgan 4963 Grace 48.62 <br />236-13-4 Frick 25312 Kennedy Rdge 55.22 <br />235-13-38 Owner 5794 Burns Rd. 51.26 <br />237-22-35 Alice G. Rhine 4587 Clague Rd. 10.78 <br />231-25-7 Lawrence Smith 3452 Clague Rd. 29.26 <br />237-17-11 John Gehlke 4982 Grace Rd. 47.30 <br />237-23-37 P& R Realty Clague Rd. 81,18 <br />237-14-45 Standen 4531 Columbia Rd. 59.62 <br />237-14-44 Standen Columbia Rd. 5.28 <br />235-15-17 Owner 6098 Decker Rd. 35.86 <br />231-24-16 Towner 3356 Clague Rd. 69.52 <br />236-3-27 Bohland 4666 Fleharty 27.50 <br />235-16-51 Wogoman 27191 Pompton 3.74 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council Df the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1969 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments <br />on said parcels. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Counci) is hereby direeted to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is Iiereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on certain permanent parcels <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately fr-om <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ??'I'-CL 4, 1 ?? ? <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 31,ol('i <br />3 <br />? <br />Franc i s J.
