CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69 - 7/ <br />BY_?'l <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RE-SUBDIVISION <br />OF SANDY RIDGE NO. 4 AND SANDY RIDGE N0.5 <br />FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGEN CY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Re-Subdivision of Sandy Ridge No.4 <br />and Sandy Ridge No.S has heretofore been file with the Planning Commission <br />and by it approved and referred to Council ;and <br />WHEREAS, said Development involves the rearranging of 5 lots ; <br />and squaring off Lot No. 4-A; and <br />WMREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the rer. subdivision of Sandy Ridge No. 4 and <br />Sandy Ridge No. 5, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the development of the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:4 b ? <br />ATTEST: <br />?? ` y•`? ? ?
