t` <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81-126 <br />BY: MAYOR S?NIETYNIOWSKI <br />AN ORDINANCE AME:VDING SECTION 9 OF <br />ORDINANCE N0. 81-50 ENTITLED "AN <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF <br />COP.4PENSATION FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVF. <br />PERSONNEL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />AS AMENDED", AND DECLARING AN EMERGF.NCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF Ci?YAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 81-50 entitled <br />"An Or i3 nT anc-e Establishing Rates of_ Compensation for Various <br />Administrative Personnel, and Declaring an Emergency, as Amended" <br />which now reads as follows: <br />"SECTION 9: That the following salary ranges are hereby <br />establishedfor various employees of the ?lenartment of Human Resources: <br />A. Director: $12,000 to $22,260 Annually <br />B. Assistant Director: $7,000 to $12,720 Annually <br />C. The Secretary shall be compensated in accordance with <br />the schedule hereinbefore established for secretaries in Section 4 of <br />this Ordinance. <br />D. The individual salaries to be paid to those working <br />in the Der)artment of Human Resources shall be established by the Tlayor." <br />be amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />"SECTION 9: That the following salary ranges are hereby <br />establishedTor various employees of the Department of Human Resources: <br />A. 'I'he individual salaries to be tiaid to those working <br />in the Department of Human Resources shall be?established by the Mayor." <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts of <br />Ordirances or P.esolutions, especially Ordinance No. 81-50, in conflict <br />herewith are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance.
